Rashmi Chaudhury

Rashmi has a broad background in Hindi Creative Writing, editing, proofreading and translation for various books and magazines. As a researcher she has been part of institutes like IIT Bombay and NCERT, Delhi. She has experience in research, especially in the area of children’s education. She has been associated with All India Radio for about 8 years. As a writer and editor, some of her books include ‘Hindi Shabd Gyan’, ‘Hindi Akshar Gyan’, ‘Katyuri Mansarovar’ and ‘Muggi ki Duniya’ (published by National Book Trust of India) which is currently celebrating its second edition. One of her script-cum-narratives for a documentary “Bali” was selected for Kathmandu International Film Festival, Nepal 2012.

Rashmi has also worked as a lecturer and is currently pursuing her PhD. Her research area focuses mainly on Children’s Literature.
