School Quality Enhancement programme (SQEP) is a complete school transformation programme to bring qualitative positive changes in teaching-learning practices.

Initiated by Education Alliance in partnership with South Delhi Municipal Corporation, SQEP is an initiative to transform schools into quality learning spaces. Under this programme Katha has adopted 5 schools in South Delhi Municipal Corporation. In the past year that Katha has operated two of the 5 schools, they have seen quality improvement in infrastructure development, pedagogical interventions, learning outcomes, and in enrolment and retention of children. Moreover, the school in South Extension received the Best School in Central Zone Award.
