translating stories transforming lives

teacher education

We believe that in order to educate our children, it is vital to have quality teachers. Teachers who understand the needs of their students, and who sense the need to innovate.

Over the years, Katha’s teachers have accomplished a great deal.
55 teachers from Kathashala are comfortable using computers to explore their interests and developments in their fields so as to develop their teaching learning material.

Junior teachers learnt how to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point and Internet, while many senior teachers are now proficient users of Flash and PageMaker.
